Yes, bug fixes, operating error, 1 h of initial training, and follow-up training.
What about new features?
Feel free to contact our IT guys via app or CRM if you have an issue caused by the system, have suggestions on how to improve it or you believe that the new feature will be so COOL – we will be thankful.
How to start ASAP?
Provide us data, like users, user inventory (scale models, metrology items), Parts, and labor, in CVS format and we will import it, or we can do it manually, item by item and it will require more time.
How can grow?
Simply by adding new locations, technicians/managers, users with its inventory and your card will be automatically billed by the end of the month.
Are there any additional costs?
No, there are no additional costs and you won’t be charged anything extra. Except if you want something custom – then we can make a deal.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. The subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing month.
What is your refund policy?
You can quit any time you want – no questions asked, your data will be stored for the next 6 months – after that, deleted.

Yes, if you hit hard times we can give you up to 100 % discount, until you recover, we want you to grow with us.
